Shipping Policy

Processing & shipping times

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation; during periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.

Orders over $125 subtotal qualify for free shipping; a flat shipping fee applies below that threshold, shown at checkout. Shipping times are counted in business days and may vary by destination.

Carriers & delivery

Orders ship via a trackable domestic carrier; a tracking link is emailed once your order leaves our fulfillment partner. P.O. Box addresses may require a different carrier than street addresses and can add processing time.

Orders placed for weekend or overnight delivery that are submitted after the Friday cutoff will not be delivered until the next business day. Delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs, or other causes outside our control are not something Core Bioscience can guarantee against, though we will help you track down a delayed shipment.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, a reshipment fee may apply to send it again.

Optional shipment protection

An optional shipment protection add-on may be offered at checkout to cover packages that are lost, stolen in transit, or damaged before delivery. If you purchased it, follow the claim instructions in your shipping confirmation email. Core Bioscience will point you to the right place to file a claim, even though the claim itself is handled by the protection provider.
