Website Terms
Prime Core Biosciences LLP · In-vitro research-only sales
1. Seller and acceptance
These terms govern purchases from PRIME CORE BIOSCIENCES LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP (Prime Core), a New Jersey LLP. Customer service: support@primebiosciences.com. Effective date: [to be confirmed]. Customers must affirmatively accept the applicable version before ordering. An automated order receipt is not acceptance; orders remain subject to buyer review, product eligibility, availability, and written acceptance.
2. Limited intended use
Products are offered solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research: experiments performed outside a living human or animal. They must not be administered to humans or living animals, used for self-experimentation, or used for diagnosis, treatment, food, supplements, or clinical or veterinary applications. No purchase grants permission for an otherwise unlawful activity. Any required product-specific labeling or restriction also applies.
3. Qualified purchasers
Purchasers must be at least 21 and have the training, facilities, and authority needed for the stated work. Independent researchers must demonstrate a suitable laboratory setting and relevant qualifications. A declaration alone does not guarantee account approval. Prime Core may request supporting information, verify it, restrict quantities, deny orders, and suspend accounts when qualifications or intended use cannot be established. Customers must promptly report changes to their eligibility.
4. Product information and handling
Product descriptions, lot documents, and safety information must be reviewed before purchase and use. Materials must be handled by qualified personnel under appropriate laboratory controls. No representation is made that materials are suitable for human or animal administration. A certificate of analysis is not approval for those uses. Customers must follow applicable handling, storage, disposal, and research requirements. Contact Prime Core about suspected mislabeling, damage, contamination, or other quality concerns.
5. Manufacturer fulfillment
Prime Core operates as the online reseller; the manufacturer ships directly to approved customers. Prime Core does not physically store, repackage, or handle inventory. Fulfillment does not eliminate any legal duty applicable to Prime Core. Information necessary to fulfill orders may be shared with the manufacturer as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Orders, prices, and payment
The accepted order will identify products, quantities, prices, taxes, shipping charges, and any applicable restrictions. Payment methods and charge timing: [to be confirmed]. If an order cannot be accepted after payment, Prime Core will refund the unfulfilled portion. Pricing errors will be disclosed for customer confirmation or cancellation rather than silently changing an accepted price. Products may not be purchased for unauthorized resale or transfer.
7. Shipping and delivery
Permitted sales destinations: [to be confirmed]. A shipping estimate or agreed delivery date will be provided before purchase. Where an order cannot ship on time, Prime Core will provide required notice and a cancellation/refund option consistent with applicable law. Customers must provide an eligible delivery address and follow storage instructions promptly upon receipt. Prime Core will coordinate with the manufacturer regarding loss, damage, delivery errors, and quality complaints; the customer will not be referred away without assistance.
8. Cancellation, returns, and quality issues
Customers may request cancellation before dispatch; Prime Core will confirm whether fulfillment can be stopped. Change-of-mind returns of dispatched research materials are not accepted unless required by law. This does not waive rights concerning incorrect, defective, damaged, undelivered, or misrepresented goods. Report concerns promptly with the order number, lot number, and supporting information. Do not return or dispose of materials until safe instructions are provided.
9. Research restrictions and representations
Customers certify that their application and order information are accurate, that they are authorized to order, and that actual use will remain within these restrictions. Prime Core may stop fulfillment where misuse or inaccurate information is suspected. Website content does not provide clinical instructions. Neither the seller nor the customer may rely on these terms to override mandatory law or establish a product exemption that does not otherwise apply.
10. Privacy, liability, and disputes
Our Privacy Policy describes application data, verification, payments, manufacturer sharing, retention, and customer rights. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude. Governing law is New Jersey, subject to nonwaivable law. Customers should first contact customer service; access to courts and mandatory remedies is preserved.
11. Updates and checkout acceptance
Future changes will carry an effective date and apply prospectively; they will not retroactively change accepted orders without a lawful basis. We retain the version accepted for each order. Invalid provisions will be limited or severed as required while the remainder continues to apply.
At checkout you will be asked to confirm: “I am authorized to purchase for the approved laboratory research activity. I agree to the linked Terms and acknowledge that the products are for lawful in-vitro research only, with no administration to humans or living animals. My account information remains accurate.”
