We also collect order history and the contents of your shopping cart while you shop.

Your information is used to verify your account as a qualified professional or institutional buyer, process orders, maintain your order history, calculate applicable bulk discounts and shipping, and communicate with you about your account or order status. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We use Supabase to host our database and handle account authentication; your account data is stored on their infrastructure under industry-standard encryption. We do not share your personal information with data brokers or advertisers. If we adopt a payment processor or shipping carrier integration in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect what data is shared with them and why.
Prime Core Biosciences operates as an online reseller; our manufacturer ships approved orders directly to customers. We share the information necessary to fulfill your order — your name, shipping address, and order contents — with that manufacturer solely for that purpose. The manufacturer is not permitted to use this information for its own marketing.
Email & SMS Communications
If you sign up for newsletter updates, we collect your email and, optionally, your phone number to send you email and, if you consented, SMS updates about new products, restocks, and offers. We use a third-party messaging provider to deliver these messages; message and data rates may apply. These communications are separate from the transactional emails we send about your account and orders, which you cannot opt out of while your account is active.
You can withdraw SMS or email marketing consent at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing message, or by contacting us using the details below.
Data Retention
We retain account and order data for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with recordkeeping, tax, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account as described below.
Your Rights
You can review and update most of your account information directly from Your Account. To request a copy of your data, a correction, or account deletion, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Data Security
Account data is stored with industry-standard encryption and access controls (row-level security), meaning only you can view your own profile and order history through your authenticated account.
Age & Eligibility
PrimeCore Biosciences accounts are restricted to qualified professional researchers 21 years of age or older, purchasing on behalf of a research institution or business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone outside this audience.
